Incorrect Shipping Information

Nevermind is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we'll gladly assist in resolving shipping issues, Nevermind is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
